No towels and toilet paper available after a certain time

I read the reviews after I booked hotel because it was all last minute. I was extremely nervous after reading awful reviews but it isn’t bad at allllll. It’s great location the guy at desk was super friendly to us, the rooms were clean. I swear the only thing was the people right below us complained we were loud to us but we weren’t trying to make ruckus I think the floors are thin and they beat foot steps everytime we’re walking around so be aware if ur on first floor. Defiently good enough place to stay for few days. The reviews are crazy.
